Ooey Gooey Monkey Bread
½ C sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 (10-ounce) cans refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
1 C firmly packed brown sugar (but don't overpack)
½ C butter or margarine, melted
Preheat oven to 350°. Grease a 10-in. Bundt pan well. Combine sugar and cinnamon in a large Ziploc bag. Cut biscuits into quarters (I use kitchen scissors). Put a few in the bag at a time; shake to coat with cinnamon sugar mixture. Layer evenly in pan. Combine brown sugar and butter in a small bowl; pour over biscuits. Bake at 350° for 30 - 40 minutes or until golden brown. Cool bread 10 minutes in pan; loosen edges with knife and invert onto serving platter.
